ON THE BOARDS
No two families are alike, which is why no two homes are alike. Take a look at just a few of the LCA homes currently in progress. Every project starts with a hand sketch. This is where LCA breathes life into a design at an early stage in the design process. This sketch will eventually turn into 3D renderings, offering a realistic vision for clients and will also be used as a visual aid during construction.
FIRM FOUNDER
Louis was raised in Westchester, New York, where he fell in love with the character and scale of the homes throughout surrounding neighborhoods. As a young boy, he worked as a mason with his father, and at the age of 16, his artistic capabilities coupled with his experience in construction led to internships at local architecture firms before his departure to the Catholic University of America where he obtained his degree in Architecture.
LOUIS CAMPANA, AIA
After graduating, Louis had the opportunity to work with prominent Architecture and Building firms throughout Greenwich CT and Westchester NY. His experiences in both Architecture and Construction Management provided him a unique, well-rounded, hands-on approach that results in realistic yet elegant designs and a mutual respect for the entire construction process.
Louis’ unique abilities stem from instinct, experience, and imagination.
IN CONSTRUCTION
As the firm leader, Louis works side-by-side with builders, engineers and designers, through every step of the construction process. LCA’s involvement throughout construction ensures a cohesive, meaningful, and authentic design with an eye always on quality. Here are a few of our projects underway.
